Hey all, hope your weekend was fabulous. After the craziness of it all i finally have made a few cards. This one is for the red and white celebrations. I picked up a techique from my DT Tara for this one...thanks girl, you have the best ideas. So i'm not sure if you can tell but it has the quilting effect on the background paper. I took two different papers which i got for free at: http://lindezign.blogspot.com/2009/06/happy-birthday-canada-scrap-kit.html cut into small squares, glued into place and ran the page through the cuttlebug... love this effect. Image was colored with promarkers and i glamed it up a bit with glitter embossing. It's hard to see but it's there. Image was also a freebie from http://dulemba.com/index_ColoringPages.html.
