So sorry for the late post...my Scheduling didn't work right for some reason...better late than never eh???

Well although i have hundreds of digital images i didn't have any that would suit this theme.( how could THAT happen)..So i went on the hunt and found this one on a colouring page site...fabulous image. The whale was so big that i had to make my picture a little larger than usual. I coloured with promarkers and just added a little glitter and made my own seaweed which i dry embossed. The little one inch images are from my bottlecap images i've purchased....the colours matched perfectly...Many thanks for dropping by and thanks for the great comments you leave.

Isn't this just the sweetest..A new image called Friends Forever, i just had to colour this one up and keep posted as i've done a colouring tutorial which should be uploaded this weekend. Coloured with promarkers, and just used some die-namices for the hearts, number and letter. I had white flowers which i coloured with my promarkers to match the outfit. Very simple but i love how she turned out. Oh i think this is the prettiest card I've ever made...i just love how it turned out...I've made this for a coworker who is going to a wedding this coming weekend. I sure hope she likes it... I used REDONKULOUS DESIGNS newest image and cropped it a bit for a close up... The couple both have blond hair and the brides colours are purple, cream, silver, black...i don't have any cream but i hope it's ok.. I dry embossed the background white paper and inked it a little with a light purple.  I used my new MFT die cuts for the background papers, flowers and the sentiment tag. Added a little bling and some glitter pen on the dress, eyeshadow, ring and earrings to add a little sparkle. Isn't this image crazy cute??? I found him as a free colouring page while surfing the net...Just had to colour him up..Used promarkers of course and used a new MFT die for the fence. Yes i'm sure you all noticed the tree is a little crooked...i'll try to fix that later as it's almost midnight on a work night...yikes, i hope i can get up tomorrow...Added some trendy twine and a charm to finish this up...Turned out cutesy...Thanks so much for dropping by and leaving awesome comments, i enjoy reading each and every one...

Well what do you think of this card??? I did a little something different this week. After I saw this bundle I just had to print out REDONKULOUS new paper pack. Love the tone of these browns and other than the brown and white cardstock all these papers are from this pack. Printed out so clear and had many patterns to chose from. If you would like to see whats included in this bundle you can check HERE. I used MFT die cuts for all the shapes and flowers. Added some trendy twine that matched perfectly with these papers and that finished it off...

This is what i've been up to....ELMO

Hey all, did we enjoy our weekend. Had fun with family and friends...i did. Last weekend was my grand baby's 2nd birthday and i just had to make a bunch of party favors for her...let's have a look and tell me what you think...did i go OVERBOARD????

I am the grandma don't forget:0)

First up Pinata which was a big fail....great idea and i had strings for the kids to pull but i made it a week in advance and the small strip of painters tape i used just wouldn't let go...let's just say it took three men to get it open..but in the end the kids loved all the treats inside...which included...fishy crackers, small kitkat bars and some gummy treats and a few chocolate dollars thrown in...i just sugared them up real good...

Then i made these cute boxes which i filled with two marshmallow dipped treats...one dipped in caramel than chocolate and the other just dipped in chocolate with a little white chocolate to dress it up.

Sugar cookies were also made to go with their theme of Elmo..Now in my defence these were the only treats they were to get but after seeing how to make the easy pinata i just had to go there...RIGHT???

Then i made these super cute personalized colouring books. Each child's name was on the cover and inside is each letter of their name spelled out with matching pictures to colour...So each book spells out their name...and i used my new binding machine to put them together...

Last but not least my daughter and i made these super fun cupcakes instead of a cake...all the kids loved them and even Avery helped put on a couple eyes and noses...i have to say we had some wonky looking Elmo's that day...

So what do you think....we had loads of fun and ate way too much sugar but the day was beautiful, everyone had a wonderful time...Many thanks for dropping by and will see you on my next post Wednesday for some more Redonkulous fun....

 Well here it is my new project i managed to do...What do you think.. I coloured this most adorable image that represents my granddaughter and her trusty friend Carl...oh how cute she is...I used promarkers to match her turtle the best i could and tried my hand at getting her hair coloured right...let's just say i'm a little off the mark here but my daughter knew who it was instantly...she was so surprised and she doesn't want baby Avery to wear it as she wants to keep it clean:0) I then scanned my coloured image and then used iron on transfer paper for light coloured fabric and printed it out using my inkjet printer...The colour came out slightly darker but close enough for me. I then cut out the image with a little 1/4 inch or so around the edges. Ironed it on for 3 minutes let cool and viola....all done. The hardest part was finding a white shirt for her. I had to shop in the boys section, but she is only two...she will never know..Here is the card i made with my coloured image...if you happened to miss my last post...

OMG!!! this is the most adorable image, and i have to say Sheryl at REDONKULOUS made my day with this one. My grandaughter carries this turtle around everywhere and just happened to name him Carl. Have no idea how that name came about but she loves the little guy..Yes she has pig tales as well and with words that are not near enough i THANK YOU so much for this wonderful image Sheryl...it's just a perfect likeness of my granddaughter... I coloured her with promarkers and used the sketch of course. Added the sentiment from a MFT stamp set and added the buttons to finish it off. I hope you like and you will see what i did with this image on Wednesday for my granddaughter. Here is what i was able to create this year..

Don't you just love this image from bugaboo...i just couldn't help but colour her up with my promarkers. Used my die and cuttlebug for the embossing. And check out the washi tape i used..the colours matched perfectly. The background paper was a freebie from http://www.itworksforbobbi.com/2011/06/free-friday-canada-day-printable-and.html  I just love the Canadian way eh?...Don't forget to take your clue word and collect all the others...I've used my word 4 times, in case you need a hint..

This fabulous image is from REDONKULOUS Designs and is just perfect for this challenge. She also comes Canadian Style as well as British...Loved colouring her with my promarkers, and added some eyelets to tie the ribbon.
