Hey gang...here is my newest card using Krista Smiths free image a while back.

I put this one together for a friend to give and i think it came together quite well. I embellished with Prima flowers with some buttons and a hope charm. Did a little dry embossing and that about covers it...what do you all think???? Great image and do you see i added pink to her hair...might be a little much but that's how it goes. Have a fabulous spring day..

OMG!! Look what i made....first time ever...

Hey Gang...i'm just so excited that i managed to put together a small mini journal. It's not all dolled up with allot of bling and embellishments as i'm going to be using this daily and if i wanted to bring it with me shopping to pick up more markers it will slip right into my purse. I've never attempted one of these before as i don't have the right tools and they just look too complicated. Well i managed with what i have and this is what i came up with to keep track of my promarkers. Colours as well as my combinations that work well..

As you can see it's very simple....i wish i had a cinch to bind it but i made due with my cropadile and some rings. I have a little title page for each section and a few pages of each for the hair & skin, practice sheets as well as colour combos. I created a couple pockets on the front and back cover. I also have a sheet of acetate to use behind the paper you are colouring in case of bleeding. I was going to mount each paper on a thin cardboard like a cereal box but i didn't know if the rings i had would fit all the pages then. I used some bobunny paper...well i only used 1.25 sheets and the rest is kraft paper. The only major problem i had is i use a laser printer and my papers curl a bit...i'm gonna stack this between some heavy books and hope it straightens for me. There are a few other pages that you don't see..like a blank promarker page, flexmarker page and each header is a page as well, i just cut out the title.

OK, i'm showing off REDONKULOUS new image...i just fell in love with this one...great attitude on his face and so easy to colour. You can get him HERE and you can even see a few new ones as well.... Coloured him up with promarkers, used a new border punch and some die-namic die cuts for the stars and printed the sentiment on my computer...that's is super easy card to put together...thanks so much for dropping by and we will see ya next week with more fabulous creations...

Krista Smith image of course, coloured with promarkers.. i had a few issues with the pants but managed to salvage it. I had fun using some prima flowers to dress this one up. Prima, say it with crystals added a little bling. I used three die cuts on this one....can you see where? For the sentiment i used JUSTWORDZ Party time stamp set. I liked the colour combo for this one..i don't usually use the oranges...hope you like and don't forget to play along..Thanks for dropping by and have a lovely day..

Do you not agree..this is the most adorable image. You can purchase these digital images HERE. I had such fun colouring it up...As you may have noticed i used colours i normally don't use. Soft and mushy...i usually go for the bold and loud colours. I used promarkers as usual, a couple diecuts, ribbon and a button. I printed the image a little big so i didn't put a sentiment on. This card could be used for birthday, celebration, your the best, love you, just because or even a thank you. I love these papers by DCWV Sweet stack with glitter that my mom got me when she visited her sister in Florida...THANKS MOM. I think i would be in trouble if i shopped in the states...i would have to bring a whole bucketful of money that's for sure...

This image is from Digi Stamp Boutique and it's one in a set of three super cute Funtime Rosie's. Coloured with promarkers, added a few pearls, lace and added a real fun element..a wobble for her head...i just love the movement this creates. Hey gang... just a short post to share a little something. I'm in awe of all the kind hearted bloggers out there. One in particular that has gone over and above to help a fellow blogger she has never met... As most of you know i've recently been published in a UK magazine and was soooo excited that i didn't even realize i couldn't get a copy here in Ontario and this fabulous lady...Elaine offered to send it to me...and to top if off she didn't even want me to pay for it. When does that happen anymore in this world? I'm just shocked by her kindness so i just had to send a thank you card...I wish i could have sent more, like a coffee gift card or something but i had no idea what establishments she has in her city. So i sent her this card, something very small but i hope she likes it...it took some time to colour her up as i wanted it to be perfect...well as best as i can do.. A simple design inspired by Alina...one of my favorite blogs to visit. This image is called Mother & Son which can be found HERE. Not only can this be used as a Mother & Son digi, but also, Big Sister, Brother or daycare/teacher with their student...I loved colouring this one with my promarkers and used my JUSTWORDZ stamp sets for the sentiment. Die cuts for the buttons and the paper was from a long ago pad from costco i have laying around. Plain design but turned out OK to my way of thinking...

This image is from Tiddly Inks which works perfect for a new home owner...I love the white on white as it reminds me of starting over fresh... coloured with promarkers and stayed with the greys, browns, with a little black and a pop of pink...Used my cuttlebug and some die cuts. Added a little ribbon and created this sentiment on my computer...I even added a little flower on the inside after i inked all edges...Hope you like and please join us in some fun this week...

PASSION FOR PROMARKERS Challenge day!

Welcome to another challenge over at PASSION FOR PROMARKERS. This weeks theme is Weather the Weather picked by Lis. The prize this week is from

Obviously don’t forget you must use your Letraset products (i.e. promarkers, flex, tria or aqua markers) to be entered into the prize draw. Now on to my card this week. I did find it difficult to come up with something for this theme but decided i would use a image that represents out in the weather...works for me right????

This image was found on the Internet and i'm so so sorry i can't place where it came from but it's a fabulous image coloured with promarkers, used graphic 45 papers, added some corrugated cardboard and eyelets. Used my new My Favorite Things die cut for the film strip and that completed this one. I think it turned out to be a not bad male card. No sentiment this time around and i wanted to keep it open...get your entries in ladies....come join in on the fun...

My name is Shell, I have been making cards for about 5 years now, I love stamping and colouring and since discovering digi's I haven't looked back...I am happiest when I have my pens in my hand. I live on the Wirral in the uk with my partner Kev, we have 2 boys and 1 gorjuss Granddaughter who's nearly 2 and wraps her Nanny & Granddad round her little finger ha ha .

Oh i just can't wait to see our first weeks projects...We will be posting on Wednesday mornings so please check in and see some wonderful inspirational designs and images.
